Ouija was meant to be a flyball dog. She came home with Angie and Denise from Cedar Rapids, Iowa in Febuary of 2003. Several of Ouija's littermates run flyball: Banshee (Skidmarkz), Twitch (Extreme Insanity), Limbo (SuperNovas), and Screech (Dynomutts). She ran in her first tournament as the sole height dog in 2004. Ouija can run in any position but usually runs last. She has a bad habit of deciding that she flagged and should run again. This doesn't work out so well when she is in the middle of the line up!  Besides flyball, Ouija also enjoys participating in terrier trial activities, such as the Challenge Lure Course, and Oval Racing. She excels at these events, especially the Challenge Lure, where her ability to run at full speed and wrap corners has helped her win at every event she has participated in. Recently, Ouija has begun participating in USDAA Agility trials. She is quickly racking up the ribbons in this sport as well. Check out Ouija's homepage to see what she is up to! |
